1. Who we are
LAVAALL ("LAVAALL," "we," "us") supplies enterprise IT hardware and solutions to businesses across Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Guinea-Bissau. This policy explains what information lavaall.com collects and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
The only place our website asks for personal information is the Contact Us form. Depending on what you fill in, that can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, the type of inquiry, your message, how you'd prefer to be contacted, and — if you request a callback — your preferred date and time. Every field is either required so we can respond to you, or clearly marked optional.
We don't ask visitors to create an account, and we don't run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels on the site. The one piece of technical data stored in your browser is a timestamp, used only to stop the same device from submitting the form repeatedly in a short window — basic spam protection. It isn't tied to your identity and isn't sent anywhere.
3. How we use your information
We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to you. Based on the inquiry type you select, your message is routed to the right team inbox — support, sales, orders, partnerships, or general information — so the right person gets back to you. We may also use your contact details to follow up on a quote, order, or support request you've already started with us.
4. How your information is handled and stored
When you submit the form, it's delivered by email into our company's Google Workspace mailboxes. Your message is stored the same way any of our business email is stored, under Google's own security and infrastructure — which may process data on servers outside Sierra Leone, Guinea, or Guinea-Bissau as part of how Google Workspace normally operates. We don't keep a separate customer database beyond that.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. It's seen only by LAVAALL staff who need it to answer your inquiry, and by Google, as the infrastructure that delivers our email — not by any third-party marketer or data broker.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and order-related correspondence for as long as it's useful to our relationship with you — generally as a record of quotes, orders, and support history. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it (for example, for an active order or a legal obligation).
7. Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@lavaall.com or info@lavaall.com. If you reach us through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Messenger, keep in mind those platforms have their own privacy terms on top of this one.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses, and the site isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the effective date above. We won't make a material change without giving you a reasonable way to see it first.
